The staff were wonderful! Very friendly and accommodating, very gracious. We had trouble operating our shower, and a very nice young maintenance man left his post and went directly to our room to demonstrate how it worked. We complimented him on his excellent work ethic, rare to see in this day and age, especially among young workers. Our room was quite large and comfortable, by the luck of the draw we wound up with a double king room though we reserved a double queen. The location and price were very good. Very nice indoor pool area. Overall the place is clean and in good condition. We would stay here again.

I grew up for 17 years coming here at least once a month with my godfather and made so many memories. Staff was and is still really great. They accommodated my late check out without a problem and just overall very friendly. The pool has been switched to salt water that's awsome. I had a great time just sad to see the changes that are being made thru-out the years. Location is great, close to restaurants, salon and fox river mall and 10 mins from airport and downtown. Also the big open dome glass ceiling above pool makes for a nice day swim. The rooms have microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge.

We stayed one night, and everything was great. The room was clean and ready when we arrived (right at 3:00). Everyone we spoke to was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant on site was great, and while they were a little under staffed, and the food took a little longer than it should, they did have a sign up to let the guests know, so no one could really be too upset about that. 2 year old LOVED the pool area, which was never too crowded and there was a ton of space!

We booked for a family get together. It was a great place for a group. The bar area is recently redesigned and has an excellent area for seating a larger group. They have a large, airy pool area as well. The rooms were large and clean. The staff, front desk, bar, and restaurant were all outgoing and helpful. The Inn is a bit of hidden gem; not fancy, but everything one needs for a pleasant stay, and more.

This is an older Clarion Inn but bathrooms have been updated and are very clean and have relatively new sinks, tubs etc.. The carpets were clean , linens and towels white and very clean , stain free. The indoor pool area was very large and pleasant , but not humid like many indoor pools. The pool was exceptionally clean.
